A love letter from a young mother to her daughter, the film tells the story of Waad al-Kateab’s life through five years of the uprising in Aleppo, Syria as she falls in love, gets married and gives birth to Sama, all while cataclysmic conflict rises around her. Her camera captures incredible stories of loss, laughter and survival as Waad wrestles with an impossible choice– whether or not to flee the city to protect her daughter’s life, when leaving means abandoning the struggle for freedom for which she has already sacrificed so much.

One of the best in it’s category, ever released. I don’t watch many movie online in war genre, but this one was cool. I was so emotionally destroyed that I saw the entire movie three times on the internet almost in one go.
The soundtrack of these movie is simple, decieving, full of mischief in its own right. Everytime I watch this movie online, I really enjoy the music, it is just pure soul of that movie. Special effects, action and characters give this high rating.
The soundtrack, the atmosphere and the characters. The fact it still holds up so well is a testament to what a work of art it is. I decided not to load the For Sama file here and now everybody can see this movie online for free.
